The apartment is roomy and filled with natural light, and was fully renovated in 2021 so has a modern bathroom and kitchen and a separate laundry room with a washing machine. The place is fully furnished but happy to make room for anything you want to bring along.

The apartment is located in Earlwood on a main road five minutes drive from Marrickville, and is set back far enough that it’s super quiet. If you have a car there is a shared garage space that we would share one week on, one week off and plenty of street parking. There is also a bus stop right out the front that takes you to Marrickville station (10mins) and to Newtown (30mins). Tempe train station is a five minute drive down the road. There is also a Coles within walking distance (10-15mins) and plenty of cafes nearby.

Bills and expenses
