Big house with 3+ bed rooms and a self contained granny flat and a large garden.

I have been living here for a year, one room mate is moving in with a partner and the other has secured a job overseas.

In the current housing crisis in Sydney this is a great property for the price.

Looking for one other to share the house with me, with a couple who will be taking the granny flat, we have an extra fridge to make sure we all have plenty of space.

We are In a leafy area on the cusp of the inner west, inbetween a few different suburbs, technically Earlwood but just at the back of Dulwich hill.
On street parking and a drive way.
3 different supermarkets located 7 min drive away,

Buses stop across the road but as I have a car I haven’t really needed to use them.
