Our home is a very spacious and quiet 2 Bed carpeted apartment with all furniture and setup including a bath. A very quiet and calm block of only 5 apartments right next to THE COOKS RIVER WALK. There are also townhouses in the complex, mainly owners. Walk up is two flights of wide and well-lit stairs. We have private views from the bedrooms and a sunny green outlook.

THE HOME
Our kitchen is well set up with an oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, ample pantry space. Prefer if you do not bring too many items, as we are pretty full. All of the home has quality and creative furnishings that need to be respected, I use personal laptop to stream tv. The complex has a SALT WATER POOL for summer. When I move to the new work studio, there will be a small amount of storage available in the garage and you can do creative projects there.

Gay female aged 45 with my own local business as an Event Florist. I'm moving to a new work studio in July/August and will be there 4-5 days week. I work shift hours, longer hours in summer season and sometimes from home on my laptop. Betty comes to work with me everyday.
At home, I listen to music and don't have a tv, but I am very chatty & warm.
I prepare my own clean food - usually a bulk cook-up and keep meals in the fridge/freezer but am def a foodie. Occasionally, I'll call happy hour and mix us some cocktails but I don't drink very much.
I'm a creative type who likes brunching, art, photography, design, decorating projects and textiles.
Betty White:
Greyhound, 7, very friendly and affectionate. Betty comes to work with me everyday, occasionally stays home with the balcony door open with a potty. She would love to take you for walks by the river and neighbourhood parks/sports fields. She does not bark or act like a dog - in fact, she is just a large cat in a long-legged body. But she is exuberant and will love you like crazy.
