The place is a warm and sunny 2 bed room villa house situated right at the heart of Eastwood, corner of Trelawney and Clanalpine Street. Eastwood shops are 250m away, with Eastwood Bus/Train station 700m away.
Your room is an unfurnished master bedroom with a big built-in wardrobe and an air conditioner. A single bed can be provided if required.
The toilet room and the bathroom are separate - you will share these with me.

* Living room with TV, couch, and coffee table
* Kitchen and dining area equipped with a microwave, induction stove, oven, refrigerator, and utensils needed.
* Separate bathroom and toilet room, these are shared.
* Cozy backyard where you can have BBQ or afternoon tea.
The only bills that are not included are electricity and internet.
Electricity is usually around $40-50/month.

I enjoy going out with friends, and also appreciate quality time at home. I like to sing and play piano so I might make some noise, but when you need some quiet time I'd definitely respect that.
