The apartment is located between Edgecliff Station and Rushcutters Bay. So you have Edgecliff Center with Coles, Aldi, post office, Quemist, cafes and restaurants 350m from home and on the other direction you find Rushcutters Bay Park (150m distance).
It’s an old building but they made some improvements before we moved so it’s in perfect condition.
We have a backyard with a great view that we share with the neighbours.
We need to vacant the room on the first of June.

About the occupants
We are two south american friends, I’m from Brazil and Daniel is from Colombia. Nowadays we have different routines, I’m working full time as a restaurant manager from wed to sun during the night and Daniel has a flexible schedule, he works at home as well, so we are gonna be always around. We are happy to share some good moments with food and drinks, but we respect each other’s space. We are looking for someone to live in thr spare room for a couple of weeks because we need to vacant the apartment soon, that’s why it’s a short term agreement.
