What makes my share house shine is its stunning view of the harbour in Elizabeth Bay. The sight of the water and boats is truly breathtaking and adds a touch of tranquility to the living space. Whether it's enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding after a long day, the view never fails to impress.
NOTE: you will be occupying the largest room on the floor plan (bed 1). This room is 2.5/3.6x 4.7m, the cover photo.
The location of the house is also a standout feature. Being less than a 10-minute walk to the train station makes commuting a breeze, and with the city being ~2 kilometers away, everything you need is within easy reach. Whether it's shopping, dining, or exploring the vibrant city life, you're just a short distance away.
But what truly makes the share house shine are the flatmates. Maya and Ameerah, two active and adventurous girls, are seeking a third housemate to join their exciting lifestyle. They enjoy outdoor activities, exercise, exploring new restaurants, and trying out new experiences. They are a fantastic individuals who are friendly, considerate, and easy to get along with. They create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home. My ideal flatmate would be someone who is responsible, respectful, and easy to get along with. They should be tidy and clean up after themselves, as I like to keep the living space organised. We have a weekly chores roster that allocates all flatmates to a room to clean each week to ensure the place is kept tidy and organised. It would be great if they are non-smokers and do not have any pets. We do have a car space available.
