Looking for someone to pay an all-inclusive weekly fee of $1,000 per week (less than half the weekly rent and bills).

Live on the waterfront in a gorgeous apartment (two-bedroom apartment).

You’ll have access to one queen-sized room and all the open plan living space, kitchen and bathroom etc

Live on the water in gorgeous Elizabeth Bay overlooking Rushcutters’ Bay and park. If you are a highly responsible and CLEAN professional who takes care of your surroundings/ home and enjoy tranquillity, feel free to reach out.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms. My bedroom will be off limits if I am away and your bedroom will be the spare room (in the pictures) which has double doors that open to bay views, comfortable bed, country road linens and a full wardrobe for your access. Well equipped kitchen and Apple TV, Disney+, Netflix, Foxtel, and Stan on a 75inch TV.
