LIVE BY THE WATER? Want to spend Sydney summer on the water?

Looking for someone to pay an all inclusive weekly fee of $800 per week (less than half the weekly rent).

Live on the water front in a gorgeous apartment ( that is actually over $1,600 per week plus utilities for the full two bedroom apartment).

You’ll have access to one queen-sized room and all the open plan living space, kitchen and bathroom etc

Live on the water in gorgeous Elizabeth Bay over looking Rushcutter’s Bay and park. If you are a highly responsible and clean professional who takes care of your surroundings/ home and enjoy tranquillity, feel free to reach out.

The apartment is 2 bedroom. My bedroom will be off limits if I am away and your bedroom will be the spare room (in the pictures) which has double doors that open to bay views, queen size bed, country road linens and full wardrobe. Well equiped kitchen and AppleTV, Disney +, Netflix, Foxtel and Stan on a 75inch TV.
