Carparking is available generally in the area or for a longer term tenant I have a basement space available for an additional $40p/w.

I work from home Mon-Thurs so need quiet daytimes.
My place is tidy and I have cleaner in once month to do bathrooms and kitchen. I still clean up after myself and would want anyone I share with to do the same.
I’m vegetarian and like to sort my own meals out so you will need to as well.
I’m ok with shorter term rental - up to 6 months … but could also be fine with a longer period if we click.
