Spacious 2 story 2 bedroom apartment located amongst a quiet, leafy street in Erskineville.
5 minutes walk to St Peters station and 5 minutes walk to King St, Newtown.
Cafes, pubs and shops all around. The CBD and airport are just minutes away by car or train.
The apartment has a great gym, outdoor pool and tennis court. If you have a car there is free street parking or parking alternatives can be arranged.
Despite the proximity to the train line and airport, the area misses the flight paths and there is neither train nor traffic noise to bother you.
Available is a large room with your own bathroom and adjoining private courtyard. It can comfortably fit a queen bed, side tables and desk etc. The bedroom includes mirrored floor-to-ceiling built-ins and aircon. Your room is on the ground level and our room is upstairs, which leaves plenty of space.
The kitchen and living room are both fully furnished but if you have anything you’d like to bring, we can definitely chat about rearranging things.
