I’m subletting my double room with a balcony in my lovely house in Sydney while I go travelling for 6 weeks

- 5 minute walk from Erskineville Station- super convenient as it’s on the city circle line and travels direct to Central and Circular Quay.
- 10 minute walk from Newtown and Sydney Park
- I live in an all female house, everyone is super friendly and chatty! Must be a dog lover as Jane is a dog sitter and we have dogs in and out the house.
- Will be sharing a bathroom with a British girl in her 20’s.
