2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms which consists of 1 private ensuite in the main bedroom (yours) and 1 private bathroom on the lower level next to my bedroom (mine) The bathrooms will not be shared.
There are 3 balconies, 1 private balcony off each bedroom and 1 main balcony in the shared living area overlooking the complex’s beautiful green courtyard, resort style outdoor pool and tennis court.
An open style kitchen and livingroom which is beautifully furnished.
The kitchen has plenty of pantry / cupboard space available to put your own food / items.
An internal washing machine and dryer.
The windows are double glazed glass so the place is generally quiet and blocks out most outside noise well.
The security complex is equiped with lift access and a gym.
There is only street parking available however you could potentially hire a car space from another resident in the complex and park your car in the underground carpark if it’s available for approx $40-$50 a week.

I work FT in Jewellery Manufacturing.
I love being in nature and you’ll usually find me exploring beaches and off on daytrip adventures enjoy the outdoors with my furbaby and friends.
I live a pretty healthy lifestyle, enjoy going to the gym and being out and about on nice walks. Love a good coffee and a delicious meal. (There’s plenty of great cafes, pubs, bars, brewery’s and restaurants around here) I’m all for fashion and love a weekend creative workshop too!!

This is not a party house and is super chill place to live within the appartment complex. Surrounded by friendly neighbours with a mutual respect for each other.

She’s super friendly, cheeky and playful.
Everyone that meets her falls in love with her.
Anca is toilet and house trained and lives on the lower level of the apartment in the shared living area and sleeps in my room with me.
She’s fairly quiet most of the time, but she is a dog and has to keep the neighbourhood safe when it’s her shift!
if you’re just chilling out on the couch, she’ll love a snuggle to steal your warmth.
She can be demanding like an only child if her chef (me) is taking too long with her dinner or when 1 of her balls goes under the couch.
She does tend to malt at times but I do swept, mop, vacuum regularly after her.
I take very good care of all her needs and she’s my number 1 priority to keeping her safe, She’s very clean and is well kept always.
All in all, you will love her!!
