117 Arundel Street is a professionally managed boarding house of twenty private rooms, a four minute walk from the University of Sydney. Our residents are a friendly mix of local and international students and working professionals, men and women, mostly aged 18 to 40, from many different backgrounds.

Every room is private and lockable and comes fully furnished, with five shared bathrooms and a full shared kitchen - oven, stovetop, microwave, large fridge and freezer, and a dining table everyone uses. There is a coin laundry on site and a professional cleaner services the common areas weekly. The accommodation fee covers all bills and unlimited Wi-Fi.

Kris and the team look after maintenance and any questions. It is a relaxed, respectful house - you are welcome to cook and sit with people in the kitchen, or keep to yourself. The 370 bus runs from Glebe Point Road through to UNSW and Coogee, and UTS is a 20 minute walk.
