Hi there! I am currently overseas returning around August 2026, so the whole house is available to sublet for this reduced rent and to mind my cat while I'm away.
My home is in a quiet leafy street in Forest Lodge, Inner West.
It’s such a great location and well connected to bus routes into the city. It would be ideal for those working or teaching at Sydney University or Prince Alfred Hospital. Or those needing to get to the city quickly.
It’s also very short stroll to Annandale, Camperdown, Newtown, Glebe, also parks and walks along Blackwattle Bay. Within a few minutes’ walk from my place, you’ll find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, yoga studios and anything else you need (hairdressers, doctors, bakers!).
I have a chilled ginger cat who generally keeps to himself and is great company.
I’m looking for a responsible, mature, clean, tidy person to sublet my home to while I'm away, and mind my cat.
The room is available from March 2026, and I am open to a short term arrangement (e.g. 4-6 months) so it might also suit someone who is new to Sydney or studying or teaching for a semester.

My home is a fully furnished two bed terrace is a tranquil setting. It has a open plan livingroom and diningroom, and a small adjoining kitchen. There are stairs and one shared bathroom (downstairs). There is no air conditioning, but great fans. A small yard to the year is great for drying clothes and there is off street parking available.
My place would be a great option for those arriving in Sydney finding their feet or just staying for a couple of seasons or semesters to study or work.
