ABOUT THE LOCATION 🌿
The street is quiet and leafy, and the location is genuinely one of the best in the Inner West. Darrah Court sits in a pocket that's extremely walkable, with parks nearby and a real neighbourhood feel. You're a short stroll from Blackwattle Bay and its waterfront paths, Tramsheds Harold Park (one of Sydney's best food and dining precincts) and the University of Sydney. RPA Hospital is just around the corner, which makes it ideal for anyone in health or academia. Glebe Point Road's cafes, bars and Saturday markets are minutes away, and Broadway Shopping Centre takes care of everyday errands. Regular city buses keep you well connected.

Occupants Description
I'm a software engineer by day and a classical musician by night, friendly, warm and someone who genuinely enjoys being at home. I previously worked as a Michelin-trained chef and cooking is still a big part of my life, so the kitchen gets serious use. If you're lucky, you can expect the occasional culinary treat and some shared goodies along the way. The apartment is calm and well-kept, and I'm looking for someone who'll feel the same way about it.
A working professional or university student who values a clean, quiet, sociable-but-not-loud home. Someone respectful of shared spaces who's looking to settle in for the longer term. Single occupant only, no couples. Non-smoker, no pets. Minimum 4 months, but longer stays are very welcome.
To enquire, send a brief message about yourself - what you do, when you'd like to move in, and why you're looking. Looking to fill the space by late April. Happy to arrange a time
