Hello!

We are looking for a new housemate to share a large 2 bedroom/2 storey townhouse in Freshwater. Located on Moore road 1 minute walk to Freshy beach or to the shops/restaurants.

The master bedroom is on the ground floor, modern, very spacious and bright with a large private ensuite and a built-in robe. Our bedroom room/bathroom is upstairs along with another room/balcony which is used as a study/chill out area

We are an easy going couple who work full time. I sell the special buy products to Aldi and my partner is a nurse. We are both active and love animals. In our spare time we love bush walks, bike riding, paddle boarding and surfing.

We like to chill at home, yet also have a busy social life, so looking for someone with a similar balance.

This is a great opportunity to live so close to the beach but not be cramped in an apartment. It’s a huge spacious house with a sunny grass area with lounges and a fire pit in winter. The property backs onto a lane so its peaceful and quiet. There is a lock up garage if you want to store surf boards etc. and there is no timed parking on the road.
