About Us
We are three friends - Maddy, Mairead and Toni - all working professionals in our late 20s and early 30s looking for a fourth female housemate for the long-term.

We are a friendly, social and considerate group and have been living together for the past 3 years. We enjoy spending time together - regularly catching up on the latest tv series on weeknights (currently The Last of Us) and cooking meals or going out for breakfast together every so often. Otherwise we all keep busy with full time jobs, sports on week nights/weekends, beach trips and catching up with friends. We are keen to find an easy-going, friendly and considerate housemate that has a similar schedule to us :)

About the house/room
The house is a beautiful, modern and spacious 4-bedroom, 3-storey building situated close to a number of cafes, public transport and a 10 minute walk from Broadway shopping centre. The ground level is all communal living, with light-filled, large living spaces and a courtyard. The 4x bedrooms and 2x bathrooms are split across the 2nd and 3rd floors. The available bedroom is large with built-in wardrobes, aircon and a large bathroom (his and hers and spa) shared with one other person.
