Description of the home

It's a beautiful, industrial-style apartment located in Glebe, with incredible views (!!!) of the harbor, city, and Blackwattle Bay, and also a nice pool in the common area and covered car parking.
The atmosphere has a great vibe, with several cafes, restaurants, markets, and pharmacies nearby, as well as the Glebe Markets held every Saturday.
Access to the city is very easy and quick, with a bus stop 180 meters away and a light rail station 300 meters away. 🙂
You will be joining the property lease and living in my current room which is amazing, very wide and stunning city skyline view.
You will also be sharing the apartment with my good friend Brenda, a 30 years old Brazilian girl, which is very clean, organised and respectful. I am sure you are going to share beautiful moments with her.
Be mindful that we are looking for a long term housemate. :)
