The house is on a quiet street with good access to transport and shopping, restaurants and services available in either Emerald Hills or Gregory Hills, both under a 5 minute drive away among the many other places in the area.
3 bedroom house, only looking for one person at this stage to share with.
I’ve just moved in so still in the process of furnishing the house but you will have a large bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub to yourself. There will also be use of a living area upstairs available for you to use for yourself also.
Connected to 250/25 broadband Internet so streaming won’t be an issue.
