It has a peaceful rural outlook and the house is set back from the road, it is very quiet.
It is 1km from the local shopping village, about a 15minute walk or 1 minute drive.
Glenorie village is on a bus route to Castle Hill via Dural.

Have horses and a cat that live here with me. Work Full Time in Retail Management 5 Days per week.
I like doing outdoor chores and do the mowing and gardening. I travel with one of my horses several times a year for clinics so I’m not home occasionally. This place is a wonderful, safe sanctuary and I love coming home here. I’m very easy going and like to chill with a wine on the weekend.
I don’t like drama and want to share and enjoy the tranquility. It’s important that you are non-smoking, I like a social drink myself but would like someone who knows their limits. This is not a party house and I don’t tolerate drugs or illegal activity.
I are slightly introverted and quiet people who are looking for someone who is open to communication but is just at home in their own quiet space.
Also i’m not your mum, you’ve got to pick up the vacuum cleaner when you know it’s you’re turn :) or maybe do a spot of weeding.
I don’t expect perfection, just someone who cares about the place and people they live with.

My cat is a senior and mostly indoors and mostly keeps to herself down one end of the house.
Another cat can be considered if they are social and tolerant of other cats.
