1 room available for rent in a quiet 3 bedroom house with currently only myself living here here. The third room is set up as a dedicated office and the house will only have a maximum of two rooms rented out.
Situated in a quiet street the house has all mod cons including two large lounge / entertaining areas, large outdoor undercover entertaining area, Foxtel in the main lounge room, and air conditioning, internet with natural gas cook tops. Laundry set up with washing machine ready to go.
The room available is 3.8m x 3m and has a built in wardrobe. The room available is pictured with a queen size bed in it for reference. The main bathroom has big shower a large Spa bath and is pretty much solely yours for use as I use an en suite in the master bedroom and do not personally use the main bathroom.
