Join me in this cosy, beautiful terrace house nearby three train stations. I'm looking for a flatmate for our downstairs available now ($330 excl bills single; $380 excl bills couple). Kitchen/dining freshly renovated.

Bills additional: Wifi, gas, electricity as per usual. $25-30 per week for single. Approx $35-40 pw for couple. Split between occupants

- Generally easy to find a park within 2-4 houses either side.

I’m Kate, the owner of this home.

Max 4 people would be living in the house. I’m in the smaller room and don’t have a car. Current flatmates upstairs are a French couple on working holiday visa and downstairs a Kiwi girl. Both are moving this month for work. A fellow working in IT support at a university will be moving in to the ensuite room in June.

I'm an engineer who has lived in Sydney for a number of years. I spend my free time meeting up with friends, going to gym classes, learning a language, travelling, etc.

We're looking for clean and respectful housemates to share cosy, beautiful and well-maintained home for young professionals.

We suit people who are good at maintaining very clean common areas, don't bring heaps of clutter with them, remember to lock the doors & don't use candles & generally be safety-conscious, will keep the bench clean and won't do careless things like putting hot frypans on the bench, and who can maintain a calm environment for everyone. Non-smokers. Different people have different thresholds and a standard like this works best for the majority and me based on my experience living in sharehouses.

People are welcome to have friends over and have get-togethers on occasion. People are welcome to have someone stay for say 2 weeks at a time (e.g. your friend who has come to town).
