Hiya,

We have one large bedroom available in our cosy 3-bedroom waterfront house in beautiful Greenwich.

You'll be living with Lucia (from Peru) and me, Kim (French, in Australia for 12 years).

Kim has lived in the house for almost four years. It's in a beautiful, peaceful waterfront location with plenty of bush walks nearby, ferries straight to Circular Quay, and buses that make getting to St Leonards, Crows Nest and Lane Cove super easy.

5-minute walk to the local IGA, cafés, pharmacy and fish & chip shop

Bills and expenses

Internet is included. We split gas and electricity equally each quarter (usually around $15 per week extra), and we have professional cleaners every two weeks, which works out to an additional $20 per week.
