The apartment is modern, light-filled and spacious and a generous balcony — perfect for a morning coffee or winding down in the evening. The building is secure, well maintained and includes secure parking.
Location & Convenience:
🚆 About ~15–20 min walk to St Leonards Station (fast access to trains and buses into the CBD). 
🛍️ ~5–10 min walk to local shops, cafes and village amenities around Greenwich/Wollstonecraft. 
🚌 Bus stops are right nearby with frequent services to St Leonards, the city and surrounding suburbs. 
🏥 Around ~15 min or a short bus ride to Royal North Shore Hospital and other medical services.
