Welcome to our cosy and friendly home in the heart of Guildford! We’re looking for someone easygoing and tidy to share our lovely space—and our little fur family. We have a sweet Yorkie and three affectionate cats, so you’ll need to be comfortable with pets (bonus if you love a cuddle).

Our home features a sparkling swimming pool, perfect for relaxing on warm days. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to Guildford Station, with buses at the end of the street, making it easy to get around. We’re close to Woolworths, local shops, cafes, takeaways, and Guildford Park for a breath of fresh air.

One of the best parts? We’re only home Monday to Thursday, so from Thursday night to Sunday, you’ll have the house entirely to yourself—ideal for someone who values peace, privacy, and their own space on weekends.
