You will have a choice of renting one of two private rooms:
1. The first room is furnished with a king single bed, tall boy, bedside table, and wardrobe. All you need to do is move in
2. The second room is unfurnished.

Downstairs has two lounge rooms, one furnished, the other unfurnished: a dining area with table and chairs.
