A single mum and her twin boys who are mostly well behaved. Let's be honest, kids will cry but I try to keep this at a minimum because I hate it too. They go to daycare while I work during the week. The boys only use the bathroom for their bath once every evening, otherwise it's all yours!
Yes it's a "family" home so we are looking for someone who will fit in with us and be respectful.
Looking for a clean and tidy housemate who cleans regularly - like the kitchen after you use it, the bathroom regularly etc... and pays their portion of the bills!
Bills are: electricity, gas, water and internet. I try not to use the aircon or heating excessive as it gets expensive fast... but I do use it, just don't have it running constantly.
