Description of the home
My place is located on a quiet street, that is leafy and tree-lined. There are plenty of parks nearby for recreation or a good walk.
The place is close to public transport, with regular buses running to Strathfield. Flemington Train Station is close by, with trains running directly into the city or out to the west.
Local shops include Flemington and Homebush and Strathfield Plaza and Lidcombe Shopping Centre are close by. The Flemington Markets are also down the road.
The place is fully furnished besides the bedroom. I already have a washing machine, fridge, pantry cupboard to be shared, lounge chairs and a TV.
The place contains a small balcony to sit and to dry clothes on a rack, when required.
I have a garage. It is a bit tight to get into in a car but it is possible. There is plenty of storage space in the garage, if required.
I am often away at my partners place most weekends so you would have the place to yourself at those times.
I enjoy a quiet life and would like a flatmate who lives the same kind of lifestyle.
