Modern 4 bedroom house in a quiet part of Jordan Springs. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room. Dishwasher and big gas stove / electric oven. Main bathroom has a shower and bath with a separate toilet. There's a small patio area out the back with a small yard.
There is a small shopping centre 5 mins away (Woolworths, bakery, barber, Medical centre, chemist and take away food). Penrith is very close....about a 10 min drive.
