Peter, I'm 39, seperated, 2 young children that visit on Sundays only, I run a strata maintenance business during the week and work at a pathology company all Saturday, studying arboriculture at Tafe, all other spare time I'll be at training or out in the garden, I'm rarely home but when I am I'm private and quiet. I take up one room, an indoor training area, and a study. Always clean up after myself, cleaning the whole house is a challenge though.
