There is a busstop outside . We are a 5 minute bus ride to UNSW, Kensington. You are welcome to come see our lovely sunny room with many windows and has floor boards. There is extra storage space under the house as well if needed. The bathroom has a separate shower and bath. There is also a spare toilet downstairs that can be used. There is a large balcony looking to the back yard which has a barbeque you can use. There is a bicycle available to use. There is a lovely park within a 10 minute walk and Coogee or Maroubra beach are only about a 20 minute bike ride. There are shops close by within a 10 minute walk. We have a friendly female beagle called Lily who will love to be your best friend. 😊
