Bills and expenses

Utilities including electricity, gas, water, and high-speed Wi-Fi are shared between housemates based on actual monthly bills.

Bills are divided fairly between occupants on a pro-rata basis depending on occupancy during the billing period.

Bills are issued monthly via WhatsApp and payable by the 10th of each month.

No cleaner included — everyone participates in keeping shared spaces clean and contributes to the weekly household cleaning system.
