You will be sharing with a hospitality Resturant Manager that predominately works nights so you will have the house to yourself at night so be like living on your own. I am very quite and hard working person so rest and quite time is important but im also very fair and social if you have your partner over or few friends. Im very clean and very busy during my working week. Being Clean is a must. The house is fully furnished nothing fancy does the job very minilist and non fancy person , there is paid washing machine and washing lines oitside very safe. Other then that a happy social kiwi.

Bonus is free off street parking and we are 15mins from all the main beaches in the Eastern Suburbs.
