Fully furnished (includes dishwasher and laundry machine) but happy to make any changes with the couch/fridge/etc if any bigger is wanted/needed (we can split costs!)
12min walk to the lightrail and 9min walk to the bus and right opposite a beautiful park.

I’m a 21 year old uni student studying a bachelor of actuarial studies and commerce at UNSW.
I have a fairly new puppy, Maple, that i brought home a month ago and is absolutely adorable and loves the company of people 🥰
I hope to find a roommate that is not just someone’s sharing a space but can also become friends with/share some wine over a good chat sometimes. But i also respect other people’s space and like my alone time too to recharge the social batteries haha. So a good balance of the both is amazing!
I keep a clean space and think opened communication is very important where living with someone else, however I also know (and like other people who share this mindset) what are major issues and what are things that can be brushed past so that living doesn’t become uncomfy or a constant nag 🙃
I love walks, going to the gym, taking dance classes, shopping, and going out with friends.
Looking for someone who can fit well to be a flatmate with me :)
