I live in a 3 bedroom unit with my friend in the other room. We both work full time and are rarely home. The room is a smaller space, furnished with a comfortable single bed (but can fit double bed if you want) and has two large window. The unit has one bathroom with separate toilet and is furnished in the common living areas. You can use the huge tv all including Netflix and Prime. Includes outdoor laundry, sun-room/dining room with hints of harbour views, lounge, separate small kitchen. The apartment is fairly spacious overall and bright. Street parking is avaliable. The unit is old but nice to live in. The unit block only is just a few mins walk to the ferry wharf which takes you to the city and 700m from the train station, shops, restaurants and Luna Park. There's a beautiful view of the Harbour Bridge at the end of the street next to the Prime Minister’s House where you can pop over for a cuppa tea. There is also a path leading down to more city and harbour views. It’s a good value room for Kirribilli.

Description of the home

This apartment is located on the second floor in a block of only 6. Overall, it is fairly spacious and bright with a lounge room, kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom, and a sun-drenched sunroom which has some glimpses of the harbour. In the spring, beautiful purple jacaranda trees line the street and are literally out the front of the lounge/sunroom windows. It is also furnished in the common areas, with large 65inch tv. There is a private outdoor laundry with a washer and dryer for your use and a communal clothesline. A good-sized common grassy area out the back for a nice picnic or evening dinner/BBQ!

The apartment is fairly old but charming and very comfortable to live in. Location is perfect! A few minutes walk to Kirribilli Wharf, 700 metres to Milson Point station, and a short stroll to shops, cafes, restaurants and the Harbour Bridge!! It's so good, even the PM lives at the end of the street!

About occupants
We are easygoing and bring good vibes to the house. We are respectful, clean and always up for a laugh! We have busy jobs so can be to ourselves at times. We both stay at another locations some nights in the week and is usually out and about trying new restaurants and meeting up with friends. We take the parking spot, however, when we aren’t around we can work out for you to park there if needed. There is usually ample parking around the streets too.
Compatible people
A good flatmate is someone who is considerate - up for a chat but also respectful of privacy, clean and will make the most of this awesome location. We have had BBq's and small gatherings out the back which was nice and hopefully something that will continue.
