Description of the home
Lovely 2 storey 3 bed townhouse in Kirribilli where we have a fabulous sunny back yard with a bbq. Inside there’s a large living area and dining area for entertaining and a modern kitchen.
The house is fully furnished (apart from the bedroom which just has a wardrobe) but if you do have anything you want to bring with you we can see where we can flex and accommodate.
Lovely new bathroom with a big bath and a separate shower you’ll be sharing with just Morgan and we also have a 3rd WC downstairs.
Just a 4 minute walk to the train station or steps of the harbour bridge or a 2 minute walk to shops and restaurants, this is the perfect location for anyone wanting to be near the city but still likes a village vibe with plenty of restaurants, pubs and bars on our doorstep, as well as a woolies metro, bws, and lots of coffee shops.
Unfortunately there is no parking available as we already use the allocated parking and we don’t qualify for any further parking permits with the council for street parking.

My housemate Ros is from Scotland and she’s a Quantity Surveyor in Chatswood. She also an early riser and is up early during the week. Ros is easy to chat to and super friendly.
This definitely isn’t a party house—we like a relaxed, homely vibe—but we do all pitch in to keep the place looking nice. That means sharing the load with cleaning the communal areas, taking out the rubbish etc and giving the backyard a little love now and then (a sweep here, a bit of gardening there).
We are looking for someone for the longer term so we are more settled, so not looking for anyone on a working holiday visa or travelling.
If this sounds like your kind of place, we’d love to hear from you—don’t be shy, ask us anything!
It would be wonderful if our new housemate is happy to give her a feed or let her out now and then if I’m away. She doesn’t ask for much, just the odd pat and a sunny spot to snooze in!
