Cozy apartment overlooking the harbour with plenty of natural light and a private balcony, just a short walk from Milsons Point Station, Wharf, local shops and waterside park.
Apartment is freshly renovated with new floors, great kitchen (with slow cooker, soda stream etc) and bathroom (with heated marble tiles and beauty lights). Flat screen smart TV, pull out couch for your visiting friends, and growing garden on balcony. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment and a larger laundry downstairs.
Kirribilli is a wonderful neighbourhood and community, with fantastic markets on the weekends, is right next to the bride and M1 and is on the Northshore train line. Apartment is a 5 minute walk from Bridge and Opera House views.

I work in finance in North Sydney 3 days a week in the office and 2 days WFH. I talk (loudly) on the phone for work, so would prefer a housemate who will be in office most days but it’s not essential if you don’t mind being quiet!
I enjoy my downtime after work, tending to my plants, hanging with my friends etc. I spend a couple of nights a week at my partner’s place and vice versa. On the weekend I just relax and do my odd jobs around the house- sometimes take weekend away to visit my folks in Mudgee.
I also have a cat, Spencer (very cute & soft) but he does meow when he wants something.
