Room 1, ($360 per week) share bathroom only share with one other housemate.
We have a modern house at Baxter Ave. Kogarah NSW. It is two stories house. We provide single bed and bedside table and desk.
** you could bring your OWN bed if you want.
** prefer long term and minimum 6 months lease.
It has common living room, dining , lounge room, and laundry.
Rent includes all internet, gas, electricity and water usage.(reasonable usage)
The house has high ceilings, all bedrooms have built-in robe. It is near public transports and central location only takes 20 mins to city from public transport, ONLY walk 800m to Kogarah station, bus stop, hospitals, TAFE, close to airport, Brighton-Le-Sands(beach) and walk to Rockdale Plaza(shopping centre).
We are looking for someone clean & tidy, friendly, trustworthy, responsible and willing to keeping the cleaning routine. It's Quite, Safe and Healthy environment, NO Smoking, NO Pet, NOT a Party house. Long term tenant welcome!
