 The apartment/room is located 1-2 min walk from all shops, restaurant, and transportations.
 It's literally in the heart of Leichhardt. 15 min drive to city, and 15-20 min by bus.
 The offer room is a very lovely and has a very convenient sunlight access.
 The rooms come with double bed, wardrobe, column heater, and fan.
 The room is big enough to fit another bedside table, a small desk and chair, which can be added upon request.
 New blackout Curtin and new floor carpet.
 This bright room comes with an almost brand-new Ikea double-bed with 4x underbed drawers and bedhead shelves for plenty of storage, a wardrobe (100cmx80 m), fan, column heater. The rooms can also fit another bedside table, a small desk and chair (both are available upon request).
 The room can also come unfurnished if that's your preference, I'm very flexible to arrange this.
 There's a beautiful balcony on the living area side, which will be mostly yours, as I'm mostly either working or out and about.
 Ideal length of stay is 3+ months.
 1x Open Car Space is available.
 Bills (electricity + internet) will be shared.
 The whole apartment was renovated recently. Also, the bathroom has a bathtub for a relaxing bath after a long and tiring day.
