A few minutes walk to light rail, train and the bus stop is at your door. Just three minutes to Norton street where you'll find cafes, shopping plaza, supermarkets, Italian Forum and theatre. Ten minute travel by bus to RPA Hospital, Sydney University and UTS. Only 10 minute train to the city centre from Petersham train station or nearby light rail.
There will only be a maximum of 4 guests in the three available bedrooms. There is also a second toilet downstairs in the laundry.
This is not a party house and overnight visitors only with prior approval!

I am easy to talk with and have previously offered my property on BnB with superhost status. Prefer to share now with professionals or students who want a clean, quiet and respectful place. I have my own bathroom so I want a maximum 4 guests staying ( a couple, and 2 x singles) so you can enjoy the bathroom, loungeroom, kitchen and outdoor space,

The property has just about all the amenities and great courtyard. My flatmates will respect the property, its content and keep the place clean. Its a mutual respect thing, with no drugs, overnight visitors or excessive noise. Happy to catch up for a chat in the courtyard or pop down to Norton Street for an occasional coffee but privacy is always appreciated.
