Excellent transport links - the building is adjacent Lewisham West on Light Rail and close to Lewisham train station (3-5min) and there is a bus stop outside the main lobby.

Owner is away with work often and generally only there 3-4 nights per week and not there at weekends.
Home is suitable for person seeking short term fully furnished accom. It is not suitable for people who need to bring any furniture or applicances.

It is a no-smoking building so any smokers need to go outside on the street level to smoke.

Cats or small dogs would be considered if you need somewhere safe for them.
