The home feels like a private tropical retreat, with lush Bali-style gardens, a swimming pool, bright open living spaces and plenty of room to relax and unwind.
It's just a 4-minute walk to the beach and ocean pool, with local cafés nearby.
The available room is the main bedroom. It is unfurnished and features a huge built-in wardrobe, plenty of natural light, and lovely views that often include beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

The room is available to move into on 27 June 2026. You will need your own bed and mattress. The rest of the place is furnished.

I work regular business hours in the Sydney CBD and have a diverse career background spanning education, sales and marketing, business, tourism, and the not-for-profit sector. I was also a marriage celebrant for 10 years and even made a one-off appearance on Married at First Sight (MAFS) - a fun story for another time! One of my biggest passions is the beach. I love swimming in the ocean all year round and making the most of everything coastal living has to offer.
