The room is located in a 3-bedroom apartment on Osborne Road. It is an older style building with wooden floors throughout.
8 minute walk to the ferry, 10 minute to manly beach, fairy bower ocean pool and coles supermarket.
The room is very large and will easily fit a bed of any size. It has a large mirrored wardrobe with some draws and additional storage on top.
Open kitchen/living area with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and air fryer. Kitchen storage is relatively limited.
There is off-street garage parking which can be available.
Both male and female applicants will be considered. No couples, sorry.

Flatmate 2 is 30 year old male from the Sydney. He is a baker who leaves for work early in the morning and goes to bed pretty early. He is a pretty heavy sleeper and also doesn't make much noise when leaving for work.
Because of work, the existing flatmates don't overlap much in their use of the common areas, particularly during the week.
Both don't mind the occasional drink but don't really drink at home and do not host any parties in the house.
