The room is located in a 3-bedroom apartment on Osborne Road. It is an older style building with wooden floors throughout.
8 minute walk to the ferry, 10 minute to manly beach, fairy bower ocean pool and coles supermarket.
The room is very large and will easily fit a bed of any size. It has a large mirrored wardrobe with some draws and additional storage on top.
Open kitchen/living area with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and air fryer. Kitchen storage is relatively limited.
There is off-street garage parking which can be available.
Both male and female applicants will be considered. No couples, sorry.
