The room is bright and airy, catching the morning sun with views of Manly Wharf. The bedroom is medium sized, it fits a queen bed and has built-in wardrobes along one wall. I have an ensuite, so you'd have pretty much own use of the main bathroom. The room can come furnished (double bed & bedside table) or unfurnished.

Room available in spacious Manly apartment on the Eastern Hill with awesome views across the harbour from the living room, balcony and kitchen. The sunsets are particularly magical. Older style with original 70s kitchen and bathrooms, with retro decor. There's a large communal backyard and a swimming pool shared between the 11 apartments in the block. Manly Wharf and ferry is 10 to 15 minutes walk away.

I'm Louise who you'll be sharing the apartment with. I'm 41 and am a pilates instructor and pilates course facilitator. I also do some work from home supporting pilates studio owners and instructors. I like to travel when I can. I enjoy spending time at the beach, meeting up with friends, dancing and getting out to for walks around the beautiful local area. I try to keep the place clean, calm and clutter free as much as I can.

Home is my comfortable, good vibes, happy place so I'm looking for a flatmate who will also become a friend, where we can chat and both feel relaxed. After some pretty stressful years running two small businesses through the pandemic, I'm focusing on restoring balance, joy and fun into my life so it's important that you're a positive, glass-half-full person who doesn't take life too seriously, can enjoy a laugh and bring good energy into this fabulous flat.
I'd prefer a flatmate who doesn't work from home all the time unless it was in the room or down by the pool, as I'd prefer the living areas to have a chilled, non-work feel.
Description of pets
The other housemate is Xena, my 6 month old beagle x papillon puppy. She is super friendly and sweet but she is a puppy and full of energy at times. Her training is an ongoing process but she's mostly a good little pup. Expect lots of excitement and puppy kisses every time you come through the door though.
