Hi, I'm Fee. I've been living here for 5 years and love the location, the views and the treehouse vibes. Its a super relaxed beachside pad with ocean views from every room and a relaxed, boho vibe. I work from home for myself so am usually around most of the day, usually working in my bedroom/office. I have a 16 month old puppy, George (@georgeofmanly) who is pretty chill apart from evening zoomies. He loves people and other dogs.

The 2-bed apartment is 100m from the harbour beach, 5 min walk to the Manly ferry and 5 mins to South Steyne and the Shelly Beach walk, ideally positioned for literally everything. The apartment is fully furnished, has lift access, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, slow cooker, airfryer, juicer and all the other stuff you'd expect.

The room is a double with huge double mirrored built-ins, wooden floors and ocean views overlooking the harbour - you can see the ferries coming in. It is unfurnished.

It is available from mid-May. The room is only for one person, no couples please.

Hi, I'm Fee, I've lived here for 5 years, its the most convenient location, beautiful tree house beach apartment and last year I fostered then adopted my puppy George. Since my role was made redundant in 2023, I now work for myself, usually at home or at a co-working space and I'm renting out my spare room.

The space is a zen sanctuary, its calm with a green, leafy outlook over the Office, and the ocean 100m away.

Its a super friendly building, and lots of know each other and hang out.
