Hey everyone!
I’ve got a bright, furnished room available in my top-floor 2-bedroom apartment in Maroubra, less than a 10-minute walk from the beach. You’d be sharing with me, and I’m ideally looking for someone long term.
$800 a fortnight, all bills included. That covers rent, electricity, wifi, and household basics like toilet paper and laundry detergent, so there’s no messing around splitting bills.
The room is furnished with a built-in wardrobe, and the apartment has a dishwasher, laundry room, balcony, and plenty of sea air. It’s set back from the road, so it’s nice and quiet.
There’s a bus stop right outside with direct buses to the CBD, Maroubra Junction is close by, and Woolies Metro down by the beach is just a short walk away. Free street parking too if you have a car.
I’m looking for someone tidy, respectful and easy to live with, ideally working or studying full-time. It’s a pretty calm household, so definitely not a party place.

I’m a French guy who moved to Sydney for work couples years ago and work in the animation industry.
I’m easygoing, clean, and tidy. I enjoy good conversations and can chat about anything, but I also value personal time for my own projects.
I’ll be working from home ~3 days a week. Outside of that, you’ll usually find me at the beach, the gym, doing outdoor activities, or out with friends.
I’m up for the occasional night out but prefer to keep the apartment a chill, non-party space. I’m also happy to share meals but always respect personal space.
The person should be tidy and contribute to household chores, even though a cleaner will be coming once a month. Additionally I would love someone to be chill and friendly just like me, to have a good and nice atmosphere in the house.
