We are looking for a clean and tidy Flatmate to share our flat, it is a private bedroom, bed size optional (single bed in the picture) with own bathroom, Built in wardrobe.
A lovely light 2 bedroom apartment Located on the second floor just 10 mins walk (2 min drive) from Maroubra beach 5 mins walk to Mahon ocean pool and 5 mins drive to coogee beach.
A Large modern kitchen/bar dinning, Spacious, clean and cosy living area with large couch and apple TV. 🍿
A study and internal laundry and washing lines. There is always a spot to park right outside and is free all day.
Bus stop 30 seconds from the door going to and from the city regularly taking only 20/25 mins. We are close to some shops including service station, pharmacy, nail shop and coffee shops all near by but otherwise a choice of Coogee and Maroubra for main shops and restaurants Just 5 minutes away by car.
