Great for WFH/remote workers!
A bright, comfortable apartment with cozy details, walking distance from the beach. It's in a calm neighborhood, with space to unwind after the day and settle into a relaxed, homey routine. We put this spot together with love and hope someone else can find sanctuary here for a bit. :)
The apartment has everything you'd need during the sublet (towels, bedding, stocked kitchen utensils, espresso machine, etc.). It's roomy for two people and we love hosting or lounging with a couple of friends, but it's not built for parties. There's a washer/dryer in the unit and we have a clothes drying rack, which we prefer during the warm months.
There's also a parking spot!
My fave part is a sneaky side path that connects to the Malabar Headlands National Park and takes you to Maroubra Beach in about 10 mins.
