Long-Term Private Room with Ensuite - Dog Lovers Welcome!

We’re looking for someone to join our lovely home at a prime location in Maroubra Junction. You’ll be steps away from Coles, Harris Farm, Aldi, chemists, gyms, post office, cafes, shops, restaurants, plus public transport running day and night. Maroubra Beach is just a short stroll away, so you get the perfect mix of convenience and coastal living. Go to work and for a swim in no time!

Our modern 3-bedroom house has one person per room and is home to Luna, a 11-year-old Border Collie cross.

The house is fully equipped, has a lovely backyard to share, and you’ll enjoy a good-sized private bedroom with your own ensuite bathroom. It has a built-in robes and bedside tables.

Bills (internet, electricity, and water) are split evenly every three months and are not included in the rent.

You’ll be sharing with two Chilean women in our 30s. We’re laid-back, friendly, and enjoy the occasional shared meal, movie night, or drinks. We’re looking for someone respectful, easy-going, and happy to join and keep the house clean and tidy at all times. Most importantly, you must be comfortable living with a dog.
