Looking for a female housemate to take over my room in our relaxed share house just a few minutes from Maroubra Beach
I’m moving out, and we’re hoping to find someone who fits in with the easygoing, beachy vibe of the house — especially with summer just around the corner, there’s almost always someone heading down for a surf, swim, or coastal walk, so it’s easy to tag along or grab a lift if you’re keen.
You’ll be living with three friendly women in their 30s, all working professionals with our own routines. We enjoy a chat, shared meal, or beach mission when it lines up, but everyone also values their own space. The house has a creative, outdoorsy feel, with surfboards, skateboards, and art supplies usually around.
It’s a clean, calm, and respectful home — definitely not a party house. We’re looking for someone independent, considerate, and happy to contribute to a peaceful household.
There are two bathrooms/showers shared by the house, and bills are split evenly between everyone as they come in.

Occupants Description
Alicia is 30 from Ireland and works full-time in a corporate job. Outside of work she's usually surfing, skating, camping or doing something outdoors. She's easy-going, active and always up for an adventure.
Lucia is 30 and from Slovakia. She works full-time in hospitality and is also studying architecture. She loves baking and cooking, and you'll usually find her trying a new recipe when she's got some free time.
