Home Description
Description of the home
Cute second floor apartment with lots of natural light, trees and greenery at every window. It's pretty quiet and gives an impression of snug even though it's quite spacious.
The living area has access to the balcony, and this can be re-arranged as needed. I'm happy to move and remove most of the furniture items as I've gotten them on an as needed basis.
The kitchen also has an extra little sink which I use as a utility sink for laundry and cleaning things that aren't food related.
We're less than ten minutes walk to Dulwich Hill station, and have easy access to the 412 and 430 bus services. The closest place for food shopping is a big Woolworths which you can walk to or take the SW1 to Marrickville to make it even easier. There's also an Aldi nearby at Canterbury which you can get to on the same bus but in the other direction :)
The bathroom has a good sized shower and a bathtub which is actually deep/long enough for most humans to comfortably enjoy (sorry all you 6 foot folks, you will need to bend your knees a bit).

Bills and expenses
Electricity and internet are charged monthly and split each month, with the gas being charged quarterly. I like to charge based on the days living in the apartment so any time spent on vacations etc won't have this included in your share of the bills.

I work Monday to Friday in the city, when I'm home I like to chill out mostly. Have a cuppa, read a book, do some knitting etc. I like to be calm at home and energetic outside :)
I will sometimes listen to music on a speaker rather than in headphones unless it's at an unsociable hour or I'm asked to switch which I'm always happy to do and would ask for the same.
The general rule is if he's in his bed or giving you a side eye/not moving as you approach him it's best to leave him be. He doesn't bark or jump up on you but loves a little trot outside and will spend most of the day sleeping if he can.
